Terms and Conditions of Politini Wines Membership
I hereby authorise Politini Wines to sign me up to their Politini Wines Membership and to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries as they occur. I am 18 years or older and the wines I am purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person. I understand that:
- I will receive the regular Politini Wines Membership wine packs that I have selected unless I notify otherwise.
- I may skip or cancel my deliveries at any time prior to dispatch.
- I am liable to pay for only those wines that have been dispatched prior to any changes I may request to my membership.
- Seasonal 6Pack Membership – my minimum selection must equate to 3 x 6 bottle packs within 2 years.
- Your Choice Membership – my minimum selection must equate to 36 bottles within 2 years.
- Premium Membership – my minimum selection must equate to 48 bottles within 2 years.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information provided by you on this enrolment form will only be used for the purposes for which it is collected. We will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose the personal information you provided to anyone outside of Politini Wines and our platform provider – more details
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Politini Wines will honour their quality guarantee and replace faulty and/or out of condition goods returned by the member provided that the goods were not broken or damaged after delivery, the goods are not out of their shelf life/have been stored correctly and the member notifies Politini Wines of their intention to return the goods prior to doing so.
PRICING POLICY
RRP/Cellar Door prices are subject to change without notice and are solely at the discretion of Politini Wines. Membership discounts are based on the RRP/Cellar Door prices, excluding any on sale items.
