Q. How long must I be a member for?
A. There are three options to our Wine membership each with a duration of 2 years.
Q. What are the main differences between Seasonal 6Pack, Your Choice and Premium membership?
A. Premium membership entitles you to 20% discount off RRP of your chosen 2 cases of our Politini wines, per year. Plus enjoy this discount of 20% off on any further purchases beyond your two cases per year, for the duration of your two-year membership.
A. Your Choice membership entitles you to 15% discount off RRP of your chosen 3 cases of our Politini wines, for the duration of your membership over the 2 years. Plus enjoy this discount of 15% off on any further purchases beyond your 3 cases for the duration of your two-year membership
A. Whilst a Seasonal 6Pack membership entitles you to a 10% discount off RRP on cellar door pricing of your chosen 3 x 6 packs for the duration of your two-year membership and a discount of 10% off any further purchases beyond chosen 3 x 6 packs for the duration of your two-year membership
Q. What if I have a P/O Box – can orders be shipped?
A. Unfortunately not. Our delivery service will only deliver to a residential or work address.
Q. Will I be notified when my credit card will be charged? How do I update my billing details?
A. Yes. You will receive an email advising of the date of transaction. You can update your details by logging into our secure online members only area.
Q. How do I keep track of my case of wine once it has been sent?
A. You will be provided with a tracking number via email that can be used online to track delivery and ETA status of your shipment. Our Wine Club Manager is also on hand to offer assistance.
Q. Will special offers be made available?
A. Yes. From time to time you may be notified of special buy offers via email and will receive members first access to these.
Q. Can I choose what will be included in each pack?
A. Yes. You can nominate your preferred current vintage varieties. Packs must consist of 12 bottles. Alternatively, you may choose 6 bottle packs with more frequent delivery to make up 24 bottles for Premium membership or 12 bottles for Your Choice memberships.
Q. Can I nominate when I want my first pack delivery? Can I update my shipping details?
A. Our delivery options are:
Seasonal 6Pack membership – scheduled at every change of season, you may skip a scheduled delivery via your secure online members area
Your Choice membership – delivery schedule commences and cycles based on the intervals you select at signup
Premium Membership – delivery schedule commences and cycles based on the intervals you select at signup
A. Shipping details can be maintained in your secure online members area
Q. How much is shipping per case?
A. We offer free delivery to Vic, Tas, ACT, NSW, QLD for members. Services are provided by AusPost and Fastway with full tracking.
